  • couple must have met in person at least once within the last 2 years

  • intend to marry within 90 days of the foreign national/individual entering

  • be legally able to marry in the state of marriage

  • have a good faith relationship that has led to marriage proposal

  • include a U.S. citizen petitioner (not a lawful permanent resident) in the submittal

Fiance & Fiancee

This visa allows a foreign individual to travel to the United States to marry his/her U.S. citizen fiancé within 90 days of entering the country.

 

The foreign national will have to attend an interview at a U.S. embassy in his/her country, without the U.S. citizen fiancé.

 

This visa applies to same-sex couples. After getting married, the foreign spouse can adjust status to a legal permanent resident.

* The beneficiary's (client) home country determines the availability of visas and processing times for USCIS.

** Some foreign nationals may be ineligible for visas according to The Immigration and Nationality Act.

B-1 & B-2 

  • Prove purpose of trip to U.S. is a temporary visit;

  • That you plan to remain in the U.S. for a specific, limited period of time;

  • Evidence of funds to cover expenses while visiting the U.S.;

  • Prove residence outside U.S. as well as other binding social or economic ties to support return abroad.

Travel and Business

This are the most popular type of visas today. The B-1 or B-2 are used for foreign individuals who would like to visit the United States for business or pleasure.

 

This visa is electronically linked to your passport and allows a visitor to stay in the U.S. for a maximum of 180 days per entry.

 

All visits are limited to business or tourism, so you cannot seek paid work or employment during your stay.​​

  • Get an admission offer from a Student Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) accepted institution

  • Have strong ties to your home contry

  • Prove financial eligibility

  • Be proficient in the English language

Student Visas

This visa is for those foreign individuals who are interested in traveling to the United States to study. Generally, an individual may apply to attend an accredited U.S. college/university.

Different types of visas are available depending on the applicant's purpose, country of origin and other important factors that must be explored

Any foreign citizen who meets the requirements may apply to obtain an F1 visa because there is no cap- no limit on the number of visas that may be issued per year.
